By using Isvibe.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the scanner.

What the service is

Isvibe.io reads publicly available HTML and returns a probabilistic estimate of whether a page was produced with an AI website builder. A Vibe Score is an estimate, not a guarantee, audit, or legally certifying result. Do not use it as sole evidence in a dispute, contract decision, or legal proceeding.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to submit the URLs you scan.
• Do not submit private, internal, or authenticated pages.
• Do not use results to harass, defame, or make unfounded accusations.

Prohibited uses

You may not abuse or overload the service, attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the scanner itself, circumvent rate limits, or resell results as your own product without attribution to Isvibe.io.

Availability and tiers

Basic scanning is free and provided as-is, with rate limits that may change without notice. If paid tiers are introduced, their pricing, limits, and refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase and these terms will continue to apply alongside them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isvibe.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made on the basis of a score. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the preceding twelve months, which for free use is zero.
